Austin is Home!

After leaving port in Coronado California in January, the Theodore Roosevelt finally pulls into port on October 15, 2024. Kyle and I have spent two days getting the house ready for Austin's homecoming. In the time she has been deployed, Kyle has secured a new residence for them. They were only married for five months before Austin's deployment. We are both so excited to see her. What an emotional day it was. Seeing sailors getting off the ship that have never seen their new babies, seeing toddlers running toward their mom or dad. I was interviewed by a news station and newspaper which will be attached.
