Living Concepts

Today was a beautiful day in Lucca. It may be January but it felt like Spring. I had lunch with my friend Joe who I met through my Italian school. He picked a charming restaurant called Living Concepts and our waitress Sylvana was absolutely charming. It was a much needed pick-me-up because last night there was a Red Hot Chili Peppers cover band at Betty Blu and things were a bit crazy. A lot of dancing, singing and drinking so lunch at this beautiful setting was just what the doctor ordered. A dish of Lasagna and a glass of Vermentino and I was good as new!
